Reincarnation The Neverending Journey
In Reincarnation The Neverending Journey an attempt is made to explore the conundrum of our existence. An existence that spans yesterday, today and even tomorrow. America is a land of opportunity. Each of us has equal opportunity to grow into the understanding and responsibility of our own choice of life. That is, if others don’t provide too much for us to learn the meaning of working, creating, relating with others. Our first task as an adult is to be self-sufficient. We learn how to maintain our bodies in a state of wellness, how to provide food and shelter for ourselves, how to create and appreciate entertainment, recreation, and enjoy everything we think we need or desire.

When we’ve accomplished this responsible position in society, we then are able to provide for a family, allowing each child to learn self-sufficiency and responsibility. That is, unless that very society prevents us from contributing to our own welfare.

Providing mandatory health care (really, illness care) allows people to not care enough about the wellness state of their body to be responsible for its food, drink, exercise, pleasure and strength. “Insurance will take care of whatever happens to me. They’ll buy the prescriptions.” Buying illness insurance is like betting against myself. Every month I would pay to cover accidents and illness that I might have.

Imagine a land of opportunity where your employer takes money for this illness plan, or your government mandates that everyone must pay into a plan that hands out money if you’re sick. Who is responsible for the sickness? Others? Do you go to your neighbor and ask for a handout to cover the cost of your operation, or drugs?
You might as well, if you"re using an illness plan.

Not only Illness Plans, but also welfare, some government grants, and some laws that stifle us so much, so as to make sure we are safe, are perhaps causing a weakening of Americans, a loss of opportunity to be self-sufficient and to take responsibility for our lives without being dependent on others. Each of us deserves the right and obligation to educate ourselves on keeping our body trim, strong, and free of pain; to keep ourselves creating in such a way as to benefit society as well as providing a living for our family.

Change for the better is happening when we learn that we are not victims to whatever made us think we were dependent on doctors, our current education system, the government, or anything else. We are making a change, one individual at a time. I’m grateful to live in America, the land of the opportunity to be responsible.
