I remember my childhood where I was surrounded by anger. I experienced it almost daily from my mother, a mixed racial population at my elementary school and from anti-semantic activity in my neighborhood. No matter where I went, anger was hard to escape from. Needless to say, I became a very angry child. This anger was reflected in me well into my 40¡¦s. It affected my relationships, marriage and work environment. It was a plague that wouldn¡¦t seem to go away. People kept saying that I had to learn to cope with it. I wouldn¡¦t accept that and continuously felt that I could get rid of it. Coping with anger was something I had done daily in my childhood and all of my life. I was sure that it was not something that I wanted to cope with for the rest of my life.

Everywhere I went I sought remedies to get rid of my anger. No matter what I did, it was still present in me and plagued me with my behavior and thoughts. I wanted love but my anger kept getting in the way.

The problem was that I did not understand anger and how it worked. Furthermore, getting rid of it was a challenge, as I had no idea of how to locate it in my being. I knew it was inside me but after continuous work and releasing of it, anger still persisted.

I was choosing love, the choice was easy to make but not so easy to attain. Love is something we all choose to continuously have, be and experience. Yet how do we get there with all of the anger we are continually experiencing in our environment and ourselves?

First of all, to experience love in its entirety, I believe we have to be able to let go of our anger in its entirety. Just to say I am not an angry person is not enough. Not being an angry person does not necessarily reflect the fact that we all have much buried anger in us. In my workings as a healer, I have never met a person who does not have a fair amount of anger at one level or another. Anger is the emotion that causes illness in us especially cancer.

To remove anger we must understand what it is. Besides being an emotion, I found out that it is no more than dense energy with a consciousness. I discovered that anger does not want to be in the body any more than we desire it to be there and that it is only there to assist us to learn and grow. When I learned to communicate with it, I discovered that it would easily leave the body during the release process when its purpose has been complete.

I learned that beneath the anger is fear. That fear is the cause of anger or the glue that keeps it in our bodies. I did not fully resonate with this for when I released the fear I still had anger. I know that fear can cause anger but I knew there was more.

Many consider anger as a bad emotion. When we come from anger, it is the misuse of the emotion. Any time we misuse something it is an abuse. Anger as an emotion, when properly used, tells us something is wrong. Whether it is something in us or whether it is something we are experiencing, when we feel angry we are to stop and realize something is wrong. We feel it because we have anger buried through our being. When something happens that triggers this anger or underlying fear, it triggers the anger in us that is related to the incident that just happened.

To discover more about the anger, I started tracing the energies of anger to the anger buried in me. These are the energies that resonate or vibrate to the angering event to tell me ¡§something is wrong¡¨. This resonation or vibration is the anger that comes up in us that we react to.

My ventures with anger taught me that we have anger buried in us multi-dimensionally. Most of us feel it in the physical body, but to fully understand anger we must look at the multi-dimensional aspects of its existence from the shallowest levels in the body to the deepest levels in the Soul. In the release process, the easiest way is to start in the body and move through the layers to the Soul.

Moving consciousness through the body is the only was to locate the dense energies of anger. This is the way to feel it and most of us have it not only in our organs, but also in our joints, muscles and neurological system. To release it you must first locate it. Feeling it is the only way to ensure you are in touch with it. Contrary to most people¡¦s beliefs, you do not have to learn to cope with it; this anger can be released permanently.

The next level of anger is in the subconscious, part of our fourth dimensional selves. The only way to get to this anger is through the heart. With the heart being a physical organ, this is one reason why it important to rid yourself of anger on the physical level as it can prevent you from accessing anger on this fourth dimensional plane. The anger in the subconscious is based in our truths, which are based in illusion. Speaking to the subconscious and learning its truth will then give you the reason as to why the anger is there. When you understand a higher truth, that of love, you can then release the anger and replace it with love.

The deepest anger in us is at the soul level. It is one of the properties of a soul wound. A soul wound is a blemish on the soul caused by a slow painful death or a painful angry existence in another incarnation. A soul wound is where emotion is burned into the soul and creates a wound that does not leave until the soul is healed. The anger in a soul wound is always at you and God and generally one or more other people. To heal the soul wound you must let go of the anger. When you do this, the soul can heal.

Remember that anger is not bad. It is the misuse of it that can cause hurtful results. When you experience anger, know something is wrong and approach it from a place of love. With this love, you can release the anger and transform you life.
