Examples of some simple, yet obvious wave forms (energy) generated in our everyday lives include:
and many more...
Energy manifests itself in many wave form frequencies and include ranges within and outside our physical awareness...

Everything that exists in the universe, both physical and nonphysical, is in fact just this, and currently our only measure of this is the effects it has on things, which is essentially based on the frequency of the wave forms resulting from energy.
The frequency also dictates the form of energetic manifestation resulting from the wave. In fact the frequency of the wave (and so the energetic affect of the wave), for example dictates whether you exist in physical or spiritual form..

A simple example of different frequencies include the various sound tones that can be played on a musical instrument.
