Reincarnation The Neverending Journey
In Reincarnation The Neverending Journey an attempt is made to explore the conundrum of our existence. An existence that spans yesterday, today and even tomorrow. Questions surrounding the existence of the soul and our connections to the physical world, the fundamental mechanisms and the processes by which reincarnation operates through time, are carefully examined. Plausible revelations on memories and karma and their intrinsic connections to our lives today and tomorrow are explored. It is a Neverending Journey.. Your Neverending Journey....

Ever feel like you are simply going nowhere?... Like you are dying of monotony and that nothing exciting ever happens?...

Get up.. do your daily chores… go to bed…. If you are lucky maybe have a little time to relax….

Welcome dear ant. Yes .. you…. creepy crawly drone.

While there are many solutions to this particular problem, most of them involve significant effort and sometimes significant sacrifice and even personal risk. Dreaming up all the wonderful things you could be doing right now, or maybe hope you could do sometime in the future. And in most instances it would be no simple task to fulfill these desires and dreams, and so for most of us, this will probably remain totally out of reach.

However. There is in fact another much simpler, and certainly less painful way of escaping, even if just a little. Allow me to demonstrate..

I got up this morning, and after following my usual morning routine (ha ha), I went and opened the lounge window curtains. I was left in awe by the beauty of the sunrise. All I could do was just stand there and watch. The sun had not quite come up yet and the colors danced through the snow heavy trees… orange, red, purple, yellow. So intense that the color of the air changed making it like it was almost tangible.

And just for that moment nothing else mattered. It was a perfect moment.

Now to break the habits we get caught up in so significantly, we need to stop and enjoy. “Smell the proverbial roses” In fact why not try it right now. Find something beautiful right now. I mean anything. Look around you and find it. Even a nice smell will do. Just sit and enjoy, even if just for a couple of seconds. Focus all your thoughts on the innate beauty….

Back yet?….

Now why not incorporate one activity a day, into your ant life that is not antlike. Something that focuses on reminding you that you are actually alive. And this might sound odd, but make it part of your routine. Even if just for a few seconds, step out of yourself and look around. Like I now enjoy opening the curtains in the morning, because I never know exactly what will be waiting out there for me to enjoy….

And surprise, surprise. Doing little things like this will, sooner or later, stir you up to take every opportunity to enjoy something.

And as the moments become more, so will your life become more enjoyable and less drone like, until life is simply one memorable and pleasurable moment after the other.
